The ADRF6801ACPZ-R7, a wideband digital RF demodulator, is an integrated monolithic solution for modern RF communication systems. Combining a wideband RF amplifier, a cascaded double-path voltage-controlled variable delay line (VCDL), a digital wireless controller (DWC), and a multi-band A/D converter, this device is capable of demodulating very wideband digital RF signals.

The ADRF6801ACPZ-R7 is designed to meet the ever-increasing need for wideband demodulation of digital RF signals. The integrated solution uses a wideband RF amplifier, a cascaded double-path voltage-controlled variable delay line (VCDL), and a multi-band A/D converter to achieve wideband RF signal processing. Its wideband amplifier has a gain control range of 50 dB. The VCDLs have a very wide frequency range, providing dynamic gain control and frequency selectivity.
