The ADS62P49IRGC25 is a high-speed, low-power, 16-bit monolithic analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed and manufactured by Texas Instruments. This data acquisition device is ideally suited to a wide variety of applications, most notably those that require low-power and high-speed conversion from analog to digital.The ADS62P49IRGC25 can be used for remote monitoring, and can support up to two analog-input channels, with sixteen-bit simultaneous conversion of both channels. It features very low-power consumption with only a 315mW power dissipation in uni-supply operation and very low input voltage ranges. The device has a broadcast mode which enables a single conversion command to simultaneously convert up to eight Analog-to-Digital Converters.The device has various working modes including single shot mode and burst mode, making it suitable for both periodic and non-periodic conversion of analog input signals. The output from the device provides interpolation of data, allowing for much higher accuracy than a standard ADC.The ADS62P49IRGC25\'s architecture is particularly well-suited to the conversion of low-frequency signals that require improved dynamic performance.
