ADS8332EVM Working Principle

It has a differential non-linearity (DNL) of 0.95LSb and integral non-linearity (INL) of 0.85LSb. The ADS8332E is capable of full-scale input ranges of 5V and 4V.

The ADS8332EVM integrates a variety of features to optimize performance, including on-board reference voltage, clock, and input sampling circuitries. The ADS8332EVM offers both a 10-bit single-ended analog input and a differential input range of 5V and 4V for maximum resolution. The single-ended input is made available through SMA connectors.
