AH3391Q-P-B magnetic sensors, also referred to as Hall effect switches or solid state switches, are used to detect the presence of a magnetic field when used with a permanent magnet. The switching point is typically set to about 1 milliamp of flow in the presence of the permanent magnet. The Hall effect device can be used in a wide range of applications, from automotive to industrial control and sensor applications.

For example, AH3391Q-P-B magnetic sensors can be used for automotive applications, such as vehicle speed sensors, engine speed sensors, fuel level sensors, throttle position sensors, intake air pressure sensors, and wheel speed sensors. In industrial control applications, AH3391Q-P-B magnetic sensors can be used to detect the presence of a magnetic field and thus trigger a switch or relay to operate a motor, machine, or other device.
