AISC-0402HP-39NJ-T is one type of fixed inductor, which works by passing electrical current through the conductive wire wrapped around the core material and creating a magnetic field. It is made up of two 12.5mm x 9.2mm silicon steel cores, encapsulated with plastic epoxy insulation material to increase its temperature stability and reduce size. The copper wire is used to bind the two cores together and the inductor is rated to dissipate 6W power with 55°C temperature rise.
