AKT42122011 Application Field and Working Principle
The AKT42122011 Controller is a digital temperature controller designed for industrialprocess control applications ranging from HVAC systems to manufacturing processes. Itprovides the capabilities necessary to control temperature, humidity, pressure, and otherctrl-dependent variables in a wide range of operating conditions.
The AKT42122011 Controller is designed as an all-in-one unit that integrates amicroprocessor-based controller, temperature measuring sensor, power/fan supply,controller hardware, display, and communications functions in one package. It iscapable of controlling any process variable from a range of 0 to 100 percent undervariable power and fan configurations. The controller can also be extended toaccommodate applications such as water level/flow control, PMP waste heat recovery,lighting, and other applications.
At its most basic level, the AKT42122011 Controller consists of a regulated powersupply and a microprocessor-based controller. The regulated power supplyprovides power to the unit, while the controller provides the necessaryfunctionality to manage input control signals and provide the necessary outputsignals to the controlled process.
The controller is designed to provide a wide management range for process controlvariables and is programmable to accommodate a wide variety of techniques used inprocess control. The controller can accept analog-based or digital-based controlsignals to manage process variables. This enables it to accommodate a wide range ofapplications from continuous set point control applications to proportionalintegral derivative (PID) control methods.
