The AKT4H1111031 is a controller designed for process, temperature and pressure control. It uses micro-processor technology that has been combined with the power of a 6-position depth manual-ranging function switch. It offers a wide range of functions that include PID and logic/sequence controls, multi-range linearization, programmable auto-tune, temperature and pressure sensing, as well as up to 5 point temperature control with both temperature and pressure control functions. The control is designed to provide precise and accurately controlled processes for the industry.The manual range switch allows for full and half scale measurements of all temperatures and pressures. The control also features a programmable auto-tune allowing the user to customize their system to fit their particular industry needs. The auto-tune feature will automatically adjust the proportional and integral gain settings of the control loop which allows for more accurate and faster adjustments to the process.The control also features a multi-range linearization control allowing the user to precisely match their process parameters. The linearization control enables the user to select from up to five points on the temperature curve. This allows for greater accuracy and precise temperature control. The PID control loop includes both proportional and integral gain loop which combines to accurately adjust the process parameters. The integral gain ensures adequate compensation and response time for the control so that the process parameters are accurately controlled.The control also features a programmable logic sequence control. This allows the user to create a custom sequence of events for the process to perform according to the user’s specifications. The logic control also enables the user to control multiple parameters including off-set points, time delays, pulse width modulation, and voltage regulators. The sequence control feature also allows the user to program the device to sense temperatures and pressure at multiple points in the process.The AKT4H1111031 is a powerful and versatile controller that is designed for process, temperature and pressure control. Its micro-processor technology combined with its 6-position depth manual-ranging function switch offers a wide range of features that allow for precise and accurate process control.
