AKT9111110 is a programmable electronic controller designed to meet the needs of international modern process control technology in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, heating, electricity, metallurgy and other industries. It is a high-end product developed on the basis of advanced domestic production technology and reliable foreign imported components. The system can be used for process control, PID (proportional-integral-derivative) control, water supply and drainage control, temperature control of hot oil, steam temperature control, power regulation, pressure control and level control.
In the process control area, AKT9111110 uses a PID self-tuning method to improve accuracy, control stability and automatic calibration of control parameters. The product provides advanced control options such as burner control, PID cascade control, speed control, and feed-forward control. Corresponding alarm and interlock programs can be configured to implement condition monitoring and equipment protection.
In the temperature control field, the temperature controller adopts reverse static characteristics, reverse PI and reverse PID control, which can reduce the impact of transmission delay and temperature overshoot. The temperature controller can control the source temperature precisely, and the temperature adjustment speed is adjustable. The temperature range is 0~400°C (optional) and 200~400°C.
