AMB9626 is a System-in-Package (SiP) module for highly integrated and low power 2.4GHz ISM Band ZigBee/ 802.15.4 transceiver. It combines a high performance low power 2.4GHz RF transceiver with an 8051 compatible 8-bit microcontroller. This module supports ZigBee PRO feature set and the bulk of the complete IEEE 802.15.4 Standard.
