Working Principle
AOCJYA-100.000MHZ-E is a type of oscillator that contains two transistors connected in a so-called “Colpitts oscillator” circuit arrangement. Among the two parts, one transistor (NPN transistor T1) is used as the signal amplifier and the other transistor (NPN transistor T2) acts as an operating amplifier. With this arrangement, the oscillator circuit forms a coupled machine, which provides an external time-dependent bias to the NPN transistor T1 that is connected in the amplifier by flipping the polarity of the collector-emitter. Then, the voltage across the collector-emitter increases gradually until it reaches the preset voltage; then, the operation amplifier stops the process. After that, the generated current is passed through the resistor, and it is then converted into an output voltage signal.
