Aluminum – Polymer Capacitors (APCs) are the latest and most versatile solution for the application of capacitors in various electronic circuits and devices. These devices comprise of two main components, namely aluminum and polymer, with the former acting as the dielectric between the two. APCs are available in a wide range of applications due to their very thin dielectric layer, high capacitance and high capacitance-to-volume ratio.
