The device provides 25kV/μs transient isolation protection and 35kV/μs continuous insulation. It has a minimum CTR of 800% at maximum operating conditions.The APV1122AX is designed to operate in the TMBS (Transistor-Metal-Bond-Sealed) package. This package allows for superior thermal performance due to its two-layer construction and semiconductor die placement. The package also increases device reliability and resistance to shock and vibration.When the device is used as an optocoupler, it works by converting a current input signal into a voltage output signal. The input signal is fed into a photodiode, which converts the current signal to a voltage signal.
