Working Principle

The AQY280EHAX utilizes a crossed-field suspension technology, which consists of an SCR diode, resistors, a zero-cross detector, and a driver circuit. This technology allows the SSR to switch loads on and off quickly and minimize voltage drop. The SCR diode is connected in parallel with the load to be switched. An input signal and the reference voltage of an internal zero-cross detector are sent to a driver circuit. When the input signal exceeds a certain level, the driver circuit energizes the control circuit, which then allows the SCR diode to be turned on. This causes the load to be switched on. When the input signal is removed, the driver circuit reverses the control circuit, which turns the SCR diode off, thereby switching the load off.
