The AR0832MBSC25SUFAH-GEVB is an evaluation board for Bosch\'s AR0832 MBSC capable of 25 megapixels. It is intended for use in indoor and outdoor applications supporting image capturing, object tracking, and environmental sensing, among other features (e.g. object recognition and scanning).The AR0832MBSC25SUFAH-GEVB board consists of an image sensor, two dedicated sensors, and a FPGA-based host board. The image sensor is an 8.3 MP (2048 × 1076) CMOS sensor with optical size of 1/2.5" and pixel size of 4.50μm. It supports RAW8/10/12/14/16 bit and can capture up to 30 frames per second. The dedicated IR and color sensors are integrated with sensor control to provide comprehensive support for multi-sensor applications.The host board contains an Altera Cyclone V FPGA and supports the AR0832 MBSC OV7740 color image sensor and the AR0832 MBSC CS4512 infrared sensor. It also supports various sensor parameters such as integration time, exposure time, gain control, etc. to allow the users to configure the board according to their desired settings. The host board also includes several dedicated signal processors which enable efficient image pre-processing for noise reduction, sharpness adjustment and improved color fidelity. The board provides several interfaces including an SPI bus for interfacing with an external MCU, USB, SD and Ethernet ports. It also supports on-board Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to allow remote monitoring of the board.
