EncodersThe AR35-S15 encoder is an incremental rotary encoder made of ABS engineering plastic material. It is a two-channel absolute rotary angle measuring device that integrates two-channel absolute magnetic encoders. The working principle is to use two sets of artificial permanent magnetic fields with opposite polarity arranged in circle to form a set of sine-cosine readers. When the absolute rotary encoder with four sets of magnetizing rings rotates relative to the two groups of sine-cosine readers, two sets of A&B, A\'-B\' signals with a sine-cosine relationship are output respectively.The device is mainly used in motor speed measurement, angular velocity measurement, linear displacement measurement, absolute position measurement, pulse count and other application fields. These are widely used in the fields of automotive, aerospace, medical, metallurgy, electronics, home appliances, CNC machinery and other industries. In terms of automotive controllers, AR35-S15 encoders are mainly used to control automatic transmission, electronic throttle, and other automotive controllers. This encoder can provide better accuracy, higher resolution and higher reliability than optical or other incremental encoders.In terms of working principle, it mainly adopts a special absolute magnetic encoding technology. The absolute encoder of RM-AR35-S15 is composed of a set of signal extraction circuit, four groups of ferrite permanent magnet rings, two groups of semiconductor Hall elements, and a main control box. When the absolute encoder rotates, the magnetic field generated by the four groups of permanent magnet rings and the two groups of semiconductor hall elements constitute a cross effect, and the two groups of A&B, A\'-B\' signals with a sine-cosine relationship are output respectively.The relative position between the rotary encoder and the working body can be accurately measured by converting the sine-cosine signal into an absolute address, which is a kind of non-contact measurement, thus avoiding the problems generated by wear and tear and dust and other contact induced. In addition, this encoder is designed with higher precision and better reliability, which provides more accurate and reliable position measurement compared with classic optical or incremental encoders.Since AR35-S15 encoder is an absolute encoder, it can also eliminate the mechanical counting system. During the rotation, the encoder can get the absolute position of the object, which can be directly converted into pulse signal to transmit an absolute position. Since it is digital signal, it has more reliable accuracy, thus eliminating the amount of error occurred by mechanical counting, which can be said to be very effective.In conclusion, the application field and working principle of AR35-S15 encoder can be divided into two aspects.
