Working Principle

AS0600500000G terminal blocks are designed to provide a secure connection point, which reduces the potential for stray electrical current to enter into the system, as well as any unexpected short-circuits. The contact interface is designed to securely fit together as one unit, allowing for a safe and reliable connection.

Each terminal block allows for secure connection of two or more electrical cables, for either 18, 28, or 56 pole connections. The "molex-lock" type joint, also referred to as "contact locking", is specifically designed to provide an ultra-secure connection, so that the circuit is stronger than any wire wobbling. The contacts are also made of copper, to ensure minimal voltage loss.

The locking system is designed to be extremely secure, while also simple to operate. When two components are engaged together, they will be securely locked, providing a reliable connection point that is resistant to wear, vibration, and other stresses. To release the connection, simply press the "button" on the side to release the lock, and then simply loosen the screws to disconnect the components.
