AS431ARTR-E1 is a precision Voltage Reference which is typically used in applications such as battery-operated systems, portable systems, automotive, consumer, industrial and medical applications. It is constructed of Polysilicon film, monolithic integrated circuit (PMIC) technology and is offered in a tiny SOT-23 package.
