Working Principle

As opposed to conventional lighting which produces light from an incandescent or fluorescent source, LED lighting works with semiconductor technology. Semiconductor technology uses a diode, which is a semiconductor material that emits light when electricity is applied. This light can be controlled by varying the amount of electricity that is applied to the diode in order to produce a different intensity of light. In the case of the ASMT-MW00-NJK01, this intensity can be further boosted and improved by the use of special lenses which focus the light further.
