The AT25DF081-SSHN-B is an 8 megabit (1 Megabyte) serial Flash memory, based on the popular 3-wire serial interface Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). It has an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C making it a high temperature device suitable for automotive applications. The device is ideal for use in applications such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and NV SRAMs, where a low power and reliable interface can be used.The AT25DF081-SSHN-B is a non-volatile Flash memory, which means that it does not require power to retain data, and it can store up to 8 megabytes of data.
