The AT25PE80-MHN-T is a nonvolatile, serial electrically-erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). It is particularly suitable for applications requiring flexibility and data retention, such as field programs and configuration data stored in equipment and systems.
The AT25PE80-MHN-T is organized into 108,672 bits and is divided into eight pages of 65536 bits each, with 64 bytes per page. The write/erase cycle is 1000 times. Die organization, speed & voltage are offered in the paged width byte, byte/page and word/page modes.
AT25PE80-MHN-T features a maximum operating frequency of 66 MHz, a minimum operating voltage of 1.7V and a maximum operating voltage of 3.6V. It is available in the 8-pin small outline transceiver (TSOP) II package, which is 300 mils wide.
