AT27C020-55JU is a 256K x 8 Bits erasable PROM (Programmable Read-Only Memory) device with a 100MHz access time, commonly used in industrial control, medical equipment, capital markets and automotive applications.
The AT27C020-55JU\'s main memory capacity is 256K (32,768 bytes) of Non-Volatile Memory (EPROM), divided into 256 pages of 128 bytes each. It is equipped with five address lines (A0 to A4) and one data line (D0 to D7). All data stored in the device remains valid until it is erased or the power is removed.
The AT27C020-55JU is designed for functionality and performance. It is fast and robust, designed for operation at temperatures up to 105°C. It also has a guaranteed minimum data retention of 20 years.
