Application Field

AT49F002T-70PI is a non-volatile, electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), fabricated in 8K bytes and is designed using Fujitsu Memory Products\' CMOS high-performance process. This EEPROM is suitable for multi-application, such as RAM and ROM replacements, utility programs and parameter storing, and comes with a single data-retention voltage and two robust write-protection functions: write-protection (WP) pin and software protection (SWP).

Working Principle

The AT49F002T-70PI contains an 8K-byte floating gate array that enables it to store data even in the absence of power. It allows access to data bits by reading the contents of the arrays. The AT49F002T-70PI is divided into two blocks that are logically independent of each other, each containing two 4K-byte arrays and organized into sectors.
