Working Principle

The AT49LD3200-13TC chip is a single-ended, 1.8V FLASH memory cell. It is designed to work between a wide range of input frequencies, featuring a dedicated button-controlled programming system. The chip incorporates all the peripherals needed to control the programming process. Since the FLASH data is no longer required to be refreshed, the data stays longer in the memory and the chip can achieve higher programming speeds.

The chip also offers a flexible interface and provides up to 16MB memory capacity. It can read, write and erase stored data with minimum latency and is capable of delivering up to 200MHz burst performance. It supports write protection, allowing users to lock a specific area of the memory to prevent malicious tampering. Once the write protection has been enabled, only authorized users can gain access and modify data.
