AT49LW080-33JX-T is a 8-bit 8Mbit low voltage CMOS Flash memory device. This Flash memory device offers an ideal economical solution to a wide range of application including digital consumer electronics, instrumentation, automotive and telecommunications.

The AT49LW080-33JX-T is characterized by an access time of 70 nanoseconds, uncompromised performance and latency, easy to use High Speed SPI mode, and Self-timed write cycle of 4 µs. The device is offered in a number of packages that include PDIP, SOIC, TSSOP, MQFP and TFBGA.

The AT49LW080-33JX-T is designed to operate with a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V, and is guaranteed with 1.8V and 3V supplies. The device also offers support for 1.8V operation and comes with active voltage reset (RESET#), write protection (WP#), and an erase suspend mode.
