Working principle

The ATDF4SL210 quick connector consists of a plugging module, a base module and a unique detachable trimming card separating the two into two halves. Two interconnecting pins are connected between the two halves, and the trimming blade is laid between them, and a spring is built between the trimming blade, one end of which is connected with clips and the other end connected with the card rack. For convenience, a line guide channel is also set on the base module to guide the thread guide.

When connecting, on one side the plugging module needs to be slid in from the side, and the plugging module enters the base module. At this time, the detachable trimming board is in its highest position. Once the plugging module is in place, the trimming board is forced downwards due to its own weight, thereby pressing the line connector and the line guide of the base module into close contact. During this process, the spring is pushed around and is further expanded due to the force of the trimming board slide. The internal buckles tightly fix the plugging module of each channel to the base module, and at the same time also fix the inserted cable, thus completing the connection between the wires and the base module.
