ATMEGA128RZBV-8AU is a RF transceiver ICs from Atmel which integrates a host of digital signal processing blocks into one integrated circuit. The IC is capable of navigating the radio spectrum for applications such as radio-frequency communication, short-range wireless, navigation, radio-frequency identification, and many more. This transceiver is designed specifically to meet the needs of the mobile device space. It can be used to build efficient, cost-effective, high performance designs for consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, and medical applications.The ATMega128RZBV-8AU transceiver utilizes a combination of digital and analog techniques to achieve excellent performance for efficiently handling a wide range of radio-frequency signals across the spectrum. This transceiver incorporates an on-chip RF synthesizer which is capable of providing clean and precise high-frequency outputs at specified frequencies with low output noise. It also includes a high-efficiency power amplifier circuit, a low-noise receiver front end, and a wideband direct-conversion receiver. All these components are integrated on-chip and provide excellent sensitivity, selectivity, and dynamic range.The ATMega128RZBV-8AU includes an integrated baseband processor, which is an important part of a modern radio-frequency transceiver.
