The ATR2732N3-PBQW is a wide-band RF Front End MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit). It is designed to combine low-noise amplification (LNA) with power amplification (PA) in a single device. This MMIC offers a low noise figure of only 0.7dB, and a high output power of 27dBm. This highly linear product is ideal for a variety of applications, such as wireless communication systems, point-to-point radio transmissions, microwave radio links, and WiFi applications.
The ATR2732N3-PBQW RF Front End is manufactured with InGaP-HBT technology. This chip consists of 4 stages which include a switched gain amplifier, an active low pass filter, a high power LNA, and a CMOS Power Amplifier. It is constructed using an advanced process that is optimized for the design of the front end module.
