Thermal Heatsinks are components used to dissipate heat away from electronic components or assemblies, often in order to protect the component from running too hot and damaging itself, or to increase the operating lifespan of the component. The ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 is one such heatsink, designed for use in industrial environments and built to last.

The ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 is designed for use with components whose maximum operating temperatures range from -40°C to 111°C. It consists of a large aluminum heatsink, 9.20 in × 14.00 in x 0.80 in thick with a fan assembly mounted on the top, as well as four plastic stands. It is also set up to accept two types of fans in sizes from 120mm x 250mto to 140mm x 250mm, either wired or as a breeze fan assembly.

The ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 provides superior airflow and thermal performance. The aluminum heatsink body features an array of radiating fins staggered between 0.06 and 0.20 inches in width to maximize surface area and increase effective cooling surface area. The fan assembly includes a high-flow fan, designed to provide maximum cooling via radial airflow technology, which rotates up to 3,000 rpm and can be adjusted to different speeds and rotational directions.

In addition to maximising airflow and providing superior thermal performance, the ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 offers very high-performance protection. It is constructed with strong, vibration-resistant insulating materials which form an IP68-rated seal, allowing the ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The fan module utilizes heavy-duty silicone blade gaskets and O-rings to ensure tight seals and further improves vibration resistance.

The ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 is specifically designed for applications that require a long-lasting, reliable heatsink, such as industrial environments. The combination of improved airflow and superior thermal management make the ATS-09H-14-C2-R0 an ideal solution for dissipating heat away from sensitive electronic components.
