The ATS-61450D-C1-R0 is a thermal solution, which is part of a range of high performance and cost effective active/passive thermal solutions developed to meet the ever increasing demands of today’s computing system. It is a single socket, dual GPU and four DIMM memory bandwidth limited system. This thermal solution offers the best in class performance with high reliability and ease of installation.

The ATS-61450D-C1-R0 features a unique multi-channel design which allows up to four channels of cooling performance. Each channel is separated and can be separately optimized to meet the exact requirements of the system.

The ATS-61450D-C1-R0 thermal solution utilizes a patented dual fan design which operates at a very low to moderate speed. This creates a very quiet and efficient cooling solution. The fans use a variable speed controller to ensure a steady flow of air through the radiator. The included a temperature sensor triggers the fan/radiator’s cooling operation based on pre-set temperature thresholds.

The ATS-61450D-C1-R0 works by replacing the traditional heatsink/fan combination as a passive component in the overall cooling system. The chipset is an active component and works by dissipating heat as it is generated. The ATS-61450D-C1-R0 works by transferring heat away from the chipset to the connected fans, which then move the latent heat away from the system.

In addition, the ATS-61450D-C1-R0 also includes an optional blower fan which can be used to provide additional cooling performance when needed. This optional blower fan can be mounted directly onto the chipset and can be tuned to meet the cooling requirements of the system.
