ATS040 Application Field and Working Principle

The ATS040 mechatronic frequency crystal oscillator module is an advanced and integrated mechatronic frequency-stabilized device. The operating principle of the ATS040 oscillator module is based on the frequency-controlled voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO). This oscillator module is designed to adjust its frequency based on the drive voltage supplied to it. When the applied drive voltage is changed, this VCXO will adjust its output frequency accordingly. When VCXO is tuned to a certain frequency, its oscillation frequency will not change with temperature or aging.
