The AUIPS6041 is a power distribution switch, load driver and protection circuit unit, designed and produced by TOSHIBA. It integrates the latest advanced process technology, providing better performance in a limited space than traditional solutions.
The operating voltages of the AUIPS6041 can be adjusted between 1.8v and 3.3v, making it ideal for use in a wide range of applications, ranging from low-voltage application-specific integrated circuits, to ultra-low-voltage sub-micron systems. It also offers protection against transients, ESD, static electricity and power surges, making it highly versatile and reliable.
The AUIPS6041 features a variety of features and functionality, such as anBuilt-in reset circuit, that allows the reset signal to be controlled by the user, and a built-in over-current protection circuit, that limits the current to the power distribution switch accordingly. It also provides a full-time voltage monitor that can detect over-voltages and under-voltages, allowing for power management from the unit itself.
The AUIPS6041 also features a variety of non-volatile memory regions, which can be used for storing product settings, wiper register information, diagnostic results or user input.
