In addition, its low on-state resistance and low power dissipation ensure high efficiency and reliable operation.</p><h2>Working Principle</h2><p>The AUIPS1025RTRL is a low side logic level power distribution switch. It is composed of four power FETs, logic inputs and enable and off control pins. The enable and off control pins are used to control the power switch on and off status. When the enable pin is pulled high, the FETs are turned on and the voltage of the load is connected to the power supply. When the enable pin is pulled low, the FETs are turned off and the load is disconnected from the power supply. The logic inputs are used to control the polarity of the FETs. In case of an over current situation, the off control pin is pulled low, keeping the FETs turned off even if the enable pin is pulled high.</p><h2>Advantages</h2><p>The AUIPS1025RTRL is highly stable and provides low on-state resistance and power dissipation.
