AX100590

Working Principle

The AX100590 valve is usually operated by an electric motor device. It is mainly composed of motor, gearbox, and an actual valve body mechanism. The electric signal input is converted into mechanical energy, which is used to drive the actuators to rotate. During the switch on/off process of the actual valve core, the control system sends the control signals to increase the actuator’s speed. This process is repeated at different angles. When the valve is switched off, the actuator rotates from the current angle to the close angle with the same speed. The whole process is continuously repeated. In addition, the AX100590 valve has an internal linkage system, with the feedback control to provide real-time feedback signals, ensuring that the valve maintains the desired setting angle and position accuracy. During the process, the linkage system can be adjusted according to the feedback signal of the main system. In this way, the working speed and precision of the entire valve can be greatly improved.
