Application Field

The AX103039 watt-hour meter is applicable for most three-phase AC power systems. Working Principle

The AX103039 watt-hour meter adopts three-phase four-wire structure to detect current and voltage conditions. It is composed of an analog circuit, digital circuit and programmable read-only memory (PROM).

The analog circuit is composed of a signal circuit, compensation circuit, frequency compensation circuit, couplant circuit and power supply circuit. It is responsible for internal power supply, signal sampling and wave rectification, voltage motor compensation and zero-point adjustment. This circuit can make sure that the signal is accurate and reliable.

The digital circuit is mainly used for controlling power on/off and data conversion. It controls the data collection, sampling and measurement, as well as data storage and other operations. The PROM is used for storing the program for watt-hour meters, including the operational process and the software for data reading.

The AX103039 watt-hour meter works in three phases, which are: power-on phase, power-off frequency phase and data processing phase. In the power-on phase, the initial conditions and parameters are set. In the power-off frequency phase, the current and voltage are measured, and the active energy is calculated according to the measured conditions. In the data processing phase, all data is collected and saved in the PROM.
