The AZ23B11-G3-08 diode array works on the principle of electrolysis – the electrons passing through the diode are attracted to the positive side, or anode, of the diode. This produces a voltage gradient across the diode, which forces current flow from the anode to the cathode (the negative side of the diode).In a voltage regulation application, the current flowing through the AZ23B11-G3-08 is limited by a resistor.
