The AZ23B3V3-G3-18 Zener Array is an integrated circuit designed to provide a specific voltage level of protection to electronic circuits. The device is a combination of 3 independent Zener diodes that provide a solution that is more robust and efficient than using individual discrete diodes. AZ23B3V3-G3-18 provides the same basic functionality as three discrete diode devices but with the enhanced features of being smaller in size, lower cost, and eliminate up to 90% of the solder joints.
