<p>BCM65800IFBG is a high-speed, high-performance Ethernet physical layer transceiver with integrated media-independent interface (MII) interface. It is a single-chip Ethernet physical layer transceiver that is compliant with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3ab standards and has integrated support for low-voltage differential signaling (LVD). BCM65800IFBG is packaged in a 4mm x 4mm QFN package.</p> <p>The BCM65800IFBG supports the transmission of data rates up to 1Gbps over standard CAT5 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables. The MII interface of the BCM6580IFBG is used to connect the device to the media access controller (MAC) of the host device.
