Working Principle

BD6387EFV-E2 uses a 32-bit RISC microprocessor to control motor operations. The on-chip processor processes position, speed and torque data to allow precise control of motor speed, torque and position.The chip contains a six-channel ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) that detects the motor speed and torque in real time, and adjusts the voltage accordingly. The chip also includes an integrated PWM generator that sends out motor control signals. It also has multiple protection circuits that protect the motor from damage due to over-current, over-temperature, and other abnormal conditions.To control motor operations, the chip uses three types of control systems: speed control, position control and dual current control. The speed control system uses the data from the ADC to calculate the desired motor speed, and then adjusts the voltage to keep the motor at the correct speed. The position control system uses the data from the ADC to adjust the motor\'s position.
