The BD9781HFP-TR is a multi-phase synchronous buck regulator with integrated MOSFETs from ROHM Semiconductor. It is designed for use in computing and consumer application, providing power management for CPU, GPU and memory supplies of the system.
It operates over a wide input voltage range and is capable of delivering an adjustable output voltage in the range of 0.6V to 3.3V. Working Principle
