In this application field, the BD9C601EFJ provides efficient and reliable power supplies with excellent line and load regulation.
The BD9C601EFJ-EVK-001 evaluation board applies a wide range of primary side operating parameters, adjustable output voltage and/or current limiting, current share feature and comprehensive protection functions such as over temperature, over voltage and brown-out protection, achieving an industry-leading standby power consumption with an extremely compact footprint.The BD9C601EFJ-EVK-001 evaluation board provides a complete set of control functions that allow the user to adjust the output voltage range, switching frequency, and other parameters as needed for the application.
The BD9C601EFJ-EVK-001 can be used to supply current from the regulated output voltage of a DC/DC converter. This makes the device especially useful for applications that require multiple outputs with a constant output voltage, such as servers, storage systems or network systems.
The BD9C601EFJ-EVK-001 evaluation board operates in fixed mode PWM non-synchronous buck (VCM) and flyback (VDS) control. The input voltage is sourced from the DC/DC controller, and the output is set by the input voltage and by a low-cost external resistor. The device further provides integrated LED indicator with 3D Dimming.
At the heart of the BD9C601EFJ-EVK-001 evaluation board is the versatile BD9C601EFJ DC/DC & AC/DC offline SMPS control IC.
