The BH2227FV-E2 is a low-power Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) used in data acquisition applications, digital gain/attentuation and variable attenuators. It supports current output as well as float-correction to handle small digital code variations. In addition, it can automatically detect and select multiple band digital codes, allowing users to achieve automatic bilateral attenuator control. Moreover, it has a wide dynamic range, superior linearity and low distortion.

The BH2227FV-E2 is made of mainly two components: a high-precision and low-distortion DAC, and a floating-point incremental divider. The user can enter the bottom and top limits to the DAC via the PC, and the incremental divider will find the appropriate code.
