The supply voltage for the gate drivers is adjustable and can be set as low as 3.3V.

The BH6526FV-E2’s integrated buck converter provides the system power, while the two charge pumps provide the gate driver dedicated power supplies with low ripple and high efficiency. The two full-bridge LDO outputs can source up to 3.2A at 5V.

The two three-phase HBLDC control blocks included in the BH6526FV-E2 are identical and feature three output channels with independent current sense amplifiers and speed control interfaces. In addition, there is an integrated power monitor for each block, as well as a 3-bit digital potentiometer for setting the speed.
