Working Principle
BL652-SC-01-T/R uses a single antenna to simultaneously transmit and receive signals. It is based on the nRF52832 SoC and is compatible with BLE protocol version 4.2. When transmitting data, the module automatically selects several channels from the 2.4GHz ISM band to send the data packets, which are simple and reliable. After the packet is received, the two devices negotiate to select the transmission and reception channels, where the both sides communicate using packets and acknowledge the correct packets.
When receiving data, the module tunes to the selected channel and waits for the incoming data packets. After related handshaking protocol is done, the two devices will start data transmission. In addition, the module support a low power operating mode for asynchronous communication with low latency. When device is not active, the module automatically turns off the power, and will enter the deep sleep mode until new data is received.
