The chip bead has ultra-low profile of 0.6mm and provides minimum inductance of 152nH, making it suitable for use in high-speed digital and data communication systems.The BLM18HE152SZ1D has two main parts: the body and the winding, made from a ferrite material. The working principle of the BLM18HE152SZ1D is based on the fact that when exposed to external electromagnetic fields, currents are generated in the winding’s magnetic core material. The magnetic field created in the winding generates an opposing current, thus suppressing the EMI/RFI radiation. The BLM18HE152SZ1D is suitable for use in a wide range of applications, such as USB3.1 and Thunderbolt communication interface protection, antenna feed lines protection, DVI/HDMI ports, notebook and server computers, broadband network equipment, mobile phones, and automotive electronics.
