BNC-LR-PC41 is an optical base station, designed primarily for outdoor long-range, Point-to-Point links. It provides reliable, high-speed communication over distances of several kilometers. This technology provides superior performance in the presence of external interference, while consuming very low power, making it ideal for remote and un connected locations.

The BNC-LR-PC41 operates in the free-space infrared frequency band, utilizing an Optical Phase-Modulated Light source. This Light is then received and demodulated at the remote site. This technology is extremely efficient due to the low transmission losses, and is very reliable due to the lack of interference, such as environmental noise, power outages, and other sources. This allows for long-distance, high-speed communications without requiring additional infrastructure.

The BNC-LR-PC41 is ideal for applications requiring continuous, high-speed, and reliable communication over long-distance. It is used primarily in Industrial Applications such as mobile surveillance, remote data-logging, and remote asset tracking. It has also been used in other applications such as wireless backhaul, and emergency communications.

The BNC-LR-PC41 works through the transmission of coded modulated light. The light source is connected to a base unit at the originator site, and a receiver is connected to a base unit at the remote site. The base units are responsible for modulating the light before transmitting it, and demodulating the received light for interpretation. The technology is based on the concepts of binary light transmission, bit-conversion, and error-control.

When the light is emitted from the transmitting base unit, it is rapidly modulated in order to send data. The modulated light is then sent to the receiver, where it is demodulated in order to interpret the data. By modulating the light at different frequencies and different intensities, the data from the transmitter can be accurately and reliably received.

At the receiver, the base unit is responsible for interpreting the incoming light to determine what data is being transmitted. This is done by using an array of digital logic to interpret the coded light. Once the data is interpreted, the base unit is responsible for performing error-correction in order to ensure accuracy. This is done by comparing the received data to the expected data, and making adjustments to the data accordingly.

The BNC-LR-PC41 is an ideal solution for applications requiring long-distance, high-speed, and reliable communication. It is energy efficient, easy to use, and can be used in a variety of locations where traditional communications infrastructure cannot be used. With its low power consumption and high-speed performance, the BNC-LR-PC41 provides a reliable way to transport data over long distances.
