BQ2204ASN-NTR

The BQ2204ASN-NTR is an electronic system-on-chip (SoC) that provides memory and controller functions. This integrated device is designed for use in digital systems such as optical network terminations, digital set-top boxes, security systems, and other dynamic applications that require large amounts of RAM.
