The BQ24115EVM evaluation module (EVM) is a comprehensive application field and working principle, designed to help customers simplify and expedite evaluation of the BQ24115 buck-boost battery charger integrated circuit. Customers can design their own end product applications faster and more easily, in a shorter development time, by using the BQ24115EVM for evaluation and development.

The BQ24115 integrated circuit is a highly integrated single-input, single-output boost-buck (step-up/step-down) charger with dual current paths for use in chaining configurations to charge two batteries in series. It has built-in over voltage protection, TMR over current protection, battery temperature monitoring, and integrated reverse blocking switch. The BQ24115EVM can be combined with other devices from Texas Instruments or external components for evaluation and testing of various applications.
