The BQ27531EVM also provides an interface for emulation testing of the fuel gauge. This emulator uses a PC-based system-level test-execution environment in combination with a user-selectable emulator firmware compatible with the BQ27531-G3 fuel gauge. It enables the engineer to control the entire test process, change settings, and observe the results of the battery test in real-time.
