BZX84C30-TP is a small-signal power Zener diode from the BZX84 series which is producued by Zetex. This diode is constructed out of silicon chip with a glass passivated junction and a moulded plastic case. It provides better stability and higher power rating, operating temperature ranging from -65°C to 175°C.

The BZX84C30-TP is a single Zener diode with a breakdown voltage rating of 30V and maximum Zener current of 0.5mA. It provides tight tolerance on reverse leakage current down to ≤2 µA.
