CAF1108011 is an electro-hydraulic proportional part-turn actuator used for valve control. It is designed to replace manual valves which require regular adjustment and maintenance, save labor cost and improve operation efficiency. This actuator is widely used in petroleum, power, mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding, chemical, and other industries.The cylinder is equipped with a rod connected to a lever which can move in all directions which can control the opening or closing of a valve. This rod is connected to an electric motor which can be powered through the means of batteries, solar or through a power outlet. The electric motor is used to drive the rod in order to control the valve.The working principle of the CAF1108011 actuator is based on the hydraulic system that consists of an oil cylinder, a piston, a pump and a valve. The piston is connected to the valve stem and is used to adjust the valve. When the electric motor runs, the rod drives the valve stem to open or close the valve. The oil pressure in the oil cylinder is changed by the pump to drive the valve stem. The electric signal sent by the control system is converted by the drive into corresponding rotation displacement which is then transmitted to the valve stem to control the valve. The rod is adjusted by the driving force generated by the hydraulic system coupled with the electric motor, and the movement of the rod is transferred to the valve stem displacement, and the valve opening and closing is realized.When using the CAF1108011 actuator, the user first configures the valve parameters and the range of valve displacement required, and then adjust the current to adjust the movement direction of the rod. When the current is greater than the rated current, the rod will turn in the preset direction until it reaches the preset limit position. When the current is below the rated current, the rod will be driven in the opposite direction back to the original position.The CAF1108011 actuator has the advantages of simple and reliable operation, wide range of voltage, and inexpensive to maintain. It is suitable for controlling various valves and is widely used in the process industry for controlling flow and pressure.
